1 egg
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. fresh parsley finely chopped
1 tsp. Moroccan Meatball Spice
½ tsp. black pepper ground
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. cumin ground

Sauce:
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion finely chopped
3 large tomatoes grated
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 tbsp. fresh parsley finely chopped
1 tsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cumin ground
¼ tsp. Moroccan Meatball Spice
? tsp. black pepper ground
