Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb chicken breasts
2 eggs
½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 ½ cup Panko Japanese Style breadcrumbs + 1 tsp Salt Seasoning
½ cup flour
Oil for frying
Salt seasoning for seasoning the chicken on both sides
Black pepper salt – optional
