Fire Roasted Tomato Sauce
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 onion finely chopped
6 mini sweet bell peppers
1 jalapeño pepper sliced (optional)
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
½ teaspoon Ajwan seed ground
½ teaspoon cumin ground
¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
½ teaspoon Baharat spice mix
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of chili cayenne
1 tablespoon fresh Parsley finely chopped
¼ cup of water
