Salmon (filet),1 can /400ml Coconut Milk (Chaokoh unsweetened),2 tablespoons Whole Plain Yogurt,1 large Onion (chopped),10 cloves Garlic (chopped),1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (chopped),1 teaspoon Brown Mustard Seed,3 teaspoons Curry (basic),1/4 cup Methi (dry Fenugreek leaves),1/3 cup Vegetable Oil (not Olive Oil),,Directions:,,1. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the mustard seeds. Wait until you hear the seeds begin to pop but dont let them burn.,2. Add the onion and saute until almost golden brown. Add the ginger,and garlic and saute lightly,then add the curry methi and salt and cook on a low heat for one,minute.,,3. Add the coconut milk yogurt and methi and allow to simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.,,4. Ingredients:
2 lbs. Salmon (filet)
1 can /400ml Coconut Milk (Chaokoh unsweetened)
2 tablespoons Whole Plain Yogurt
1 large Onion (chopped)
10 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (chopped)
1 teaspoon Brown Mustard Seed
3 teaspoons Curry (basic)

Directions:
